Legal services are being delivered in different ways and Vicky can help you develop your business model in this changing environment.
Vicky has helped firms of solicitors with ‘Unbundling’ and ‘pay as you go’ approaches to meet clients’ needs and do small pieces of legal work at a profit whilst complying with SRA rules. She can also advise on combining private paying work and legal aid whilst complying with the Legal Aid Agency’s contract.
Vicky has helped solicitors to set up in private practice and has also helped not-for-profit agencies to develop their legal and advice services in new ways, ensuring that clients and quality of service are always at the heart of all systems, and services can be delivered effectively and sustainably.
Solicitors Regulation Authority Authorisation
Vicky can help with SRA authorisation forms and documentation of required policies and procedures.
Advice via Webcam
Vicky carried out a review of Advice Brighton and Hove’s webcam project. Her report found that many more people could benefit from this method of service delivery than is sometimes assumed. The report includes a ‘how to’ guide for others wanting to develop a webcam advice service.
