Vicky Ling is a trained and experienced auditor of quality systems. She has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Quality Assurance since 2000 and became a Chartered Quality Professional in 2008.

Vicky has worked with legal aid quality standards since the early days of ‘franchising’ and has carried out hundreds of internal audits against what is now the Specialist Quality Mark.

Vicky is accredited as a Lexcel Consultant by the Law Society and has provided Lexcel consultancy to dozens of practices since the standard was launched in 1997.
